Taking inspiration from American-style burgers, our Beef Brisket Burger Patties starts with high quality beef and the perfect cut balance of fat and meat. We have selected a 150 day grain-fed brisket as part of the blend to ensure the burger patty stays juicy during the cook. It is then minced to a ratio that gives the patty some texture, but also keeps it super soft to bite.

Add salt and pepper to your liking and cook over high heat.
