Scotch Fillet Steaks (300g each)

Scotch Fillet is referred to as the king of steaks from the carcass. It has the perfect balance of taste, texture and marbling, cut thick to create a satisfying juicy meal!

During cooking, the rich marbling slowly melts and renders which bastes the meat for supreme tenderness, juiciness and taste.

Before cooking, get the steaks to room temperature and prepare with a light drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper (or our SPG rub!). Cook over high temperature to your liking.
