We normally don’t get these Lamb Racks as there is huge demand on the export market with this product on some of the best menus in the world. But, not only can we currently offer these products to our Central West customers – but they are priced similar to what you would find generic lamb in the supermarkets!

Roast whole or cut into cutlets - these are a very premium product that we cant wait for you to try!

The 8-rib rack means each cutlet is a whooping 125g.
