Our butchers have prepared these Beef Schnitzels utilising Sir Thomas Angus Topside. Once cut these are tenderised and then crumbed in our famous Panko Crumb! 

Best to use Vegetable Oil instead of Olive Oil as it has a higher burning point and wont burn the crumb.
